- Carry out welding work on metal components

- Prepare and position materials for cutting and welding
- Use welding and cutting equipment safely
- Inspect completed work
- Maintain welding and cutting equipment
- Follow workplace safety procedures
- Handle metal materials to site instructions
Requirements
- Practical welding experience
- Experience with oxy-cutting
- Able to work with welding equipment
- Trade certification preferred where applicable
- Willing to undergo a practical trade test
- Physically fit for industrial work
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment
