Candidate Declaration & Overseas Recruitment Service Agreement
This document is executed between the Candidate and Disha Global Workforce for the purpose of overseas recruitment processing, employer submission, interview coordination, documentation support, medical scheduling, visa coordination, and related services.
1. Truthfulness of Information
I confirm that all information, certificates, experience details, passport copies, educational documents, and other records submitted by me are true, complete, and genuine. I understand that any false or misleading information may result in rejection, cancellation of processing, withdrawal of offer, or other appropriate action.
2. Medical Fitness Declaration
I declare that I am medically fit for overseas employment and that I have not intentionally concealed any illness, chronic disease, surgery, physical limitation, psychiatric condition, or other medical issue that may affect my ability to work abroad. I agree to undergo medical examination if required by the employer, immigration authority, embassy, or authorized medical center.
3. Police / Legal Declaration
I declare that I do not have any ongoing criminal, police, immigration, or legal case that may affect my overseas employment, visa processing, or travel eligibility.
4. Recruitment Process Acknowledgement
I confirm that I have been informed about the overseas recruitment process, including employer screening, interview, document verification, medical examination, visa processing, immigration procedures, travel arrangements, and related administrative steps.
5. No Guarantee of Job or Visa
I understand that Disha Global Workforce acts as a recruitment facilitator and cannot guarantee employer selection, issuance of an offer letter, visa approval, immigration approval, salary increase, or travel clearance. Final decisions are made by the employer and the relevant government authorities.
6. Consent to Share Documents
I authorize Disha Global Workforce to share my resume, passport, certificates, photographs, and other relevant documents with potential employers, embassies, immigration authorities, medical centers, insurance providers, and other parties directly connected with the recruitment process.
7. Fee Disclosure and Voluntary Payment
Before making any payment, I will be informed in writing of the amount payable, the purpose of the payment, and the applicable refund policy. I confirm that any payment made by me is voluntary and against a proper receipt issued by Disha Global Workforce.
7A. Payment Structure Acknowledgement
I understand and acknowledge that the recruitment service fee and related processing charges applicable to my overseas employment application have been explained to me separately by Disha Global Workforce.
I understand that the initial service fee paid by me shall be eligible for refund if I am not selected by the employer or if the recruitment process does not proceed due to non-selection, subject to deduction of any government fees, medical fees, courier charges, or other third-party charges already paid on my behalf.
I further understand that if I am selected by the employer and visa processing has commenced or the visa has been issued, I shall not be eligible for a full refund of the amounts paid, and applicable deductions may be made towards services already rendered and third-party expenses incurred on my behalf.
I confirm that the payment structure and refund policy have been explained to me and that I have understood them before making any payment.
8. Refund Policy Acknowledgement
In addition to the refund terms above, I understand and agree that:
If I voluntarily withdraw after employer selection or after commencement of visa processing, the applicable refund, if any, shall be determined according to the refund policy communicated by Disha Global Workforce at the time of payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Disha Global Workforce shall not be responsible for rejection, delay, cancellation, or any decision taken by employers, embassies, immigration authorities, medical authorities, airlines, insurance companies, or other third parties involved in the overseas employment process.
10. Candidate Confirmation
I have read and understood this declaration and agreement. I have had the opportunity to ask questions, and I am signing this document voluntarily without coercion.
