Role overview

Skilled welders and fitters with MIG, MAG or TIG experience for industrial work in Poland. English A2 is required.

Key responsibilities

Carry out welding and fitting work to job requirements
Perform MIG, MAG or TIG welding as applicable
Prepare and position components for welding
Inspect completed work for quality
Use welding tools and equipment safely
Follow workplace and production safety procedures

Requirements

Diploma or specialised certificate
2+ years of relevant experience
Practical experience in MIG, MAG or TIG welding
Valid passport with at least 2 years of validity remaining
Aged 20 to 35, as specified by the employer
English A2 language requirement, and willingness to complete the training
Medically fit for overseas employment

Salary & benefits

EUR 800–1,200 /mo — approximately ₹88,700 – ₹133,000 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection. Benefits such as accommodation, transport, food and other allowances vary by employer and will be confirmed in the employment offer and contract.
