Role overview
Waiters for restaurants and hotels in Malaysia, with free food and accommodation. RM 1,700 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with seating
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Clear and reset tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on customer orders
- Respond politely to customer requests
- Work to restaurant service standards
Requirements
- Previous waiter or restaurant experience preferred
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Professional and presentable manner
- Working day of 12 hours, as stated by the employer
- Under 40 years of age, as required by Malaysian work-permit regulations
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment
