Role overview
Tipper and dump truck drivers are required for construction and infrastructure sites. The work is hauling sand, aggregate, excavated soil and debris between quarries, loading points and tipping areas. AED 2,300 to 3,800 a month, indicative.
Experience requirement. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience driving tippers or dump trucks, preferably on construction sites.
Key responsibilities
- Drive tippers and dump trucks between loading and tipping points
- Position the truck under the excavator or loader as directed
- Follow banksman (signal person) hand signals when reversing on site
- Avoid overloading and keep loads within the truck's limit
- Cover loads with tarpaulin on public roads to stop spillage
- Raise the body only on level, firm ground and clear of overhead lines
- Collect and hand over load tickets at the gate or tipping point
- Keep count of daily trips for the site supervisor
- Check hydraulics, tyres, brakes, reversing alarm and lights before the shift
- Keep clear of edges, slopes and soft ground at tipping areas
Requirements
- At least 2 years of tipper or dump truck driving experience
- A valid UAE driving licence in the right category is an advantage. Otherwise a valid Indian licence for the same vehicle class, and willingness to complete the UAE licence process the employer arranges
- Experience of rough ground and site driving
- Understanding of banksman signals and site safety rules
- Awareness of load limits
- Basic English or Hindi for site instructions
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment

About the work
You drive a loaded tipper over uneven site tracks and public roads, then tip the load at the designated spot. Several trips a day are normal, in dusty and hot conditions. The employer expects safe driving around machines and workers, correct loads and clear records of every trip.

A practical tipper driver who is used to busy sites and follows signals without arguing. You keep an eye on the ground, the machines and the people around your truck.

Salary & benefits
AED 2,300–3,800 /mo — approximately ₹59,700 – ₹98,600 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
