Role overview
TIG and Arc welders for stainless-steel piping and industrial maintenance in Singapore, on PCM work permits. An RT test pass is required.
Key responsibilities
- Perform TIG and Arc welding on stainless-steel piping and components
- Prepare and align joints before welding
- Carry out purging and gas-shielding procedures
- Clean, grind and prepare welding surfaces to prevent contamination
- Inspect welds for defects and inconsistencies
- Carry out repairs or rework where required
- Prepare workpieces and welding equipment for production
- Work to welding procedures, drawings and site instructions
- Maintain tools and welding equipment safely
Requirements
- Practical experience in TIG and Arc welding of stainless steel
- Singapore U-turn worker, or Middle East U-turn worker
- Must be able to pass the RT (Radiographic Testing) test
- Knowledge of stainless-steel welding practice
- Industrial piping experience preferred
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment

Salary & benefits
SGD 24–30 /hr — approximately ₹1,800 – ₹2,300 per hour (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
