Role overview
Erecting and dismantling scaffolding on UAE construction sites. AED 1,300 to AED 1,500 a month, with food, accommodation and transport provided.
Key responsibilities
- Erect scaffolding to suit the site requirements
- Dismantle scaffolding safely once work is complete
- Inspect scaffolding components before use
- Assemble platforms, frames, braces and access systems
- Make sure scaffolding is properly secured and stable
- Assist with scaffold modification and adjustment
- Handle scaffold materials safely
- Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment
- Follow site safety procedures and working-at-height requirements
- Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers
Requirements
- Previous scaffolding experience
- Practical knowledge of scaffolding systems
- Understanding of safe working at height
- Physically fit and able to do manual work
- Able to follow safety instructions
- Valid passport and medically fit for overseas employment

Salary & benefits
AED 1,300–1,500 /mo — approximately ₹33,700 – ₹38,900 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
