Role overview
Refractory Technician for installation and repair of refractory linings in process equipment. AED 1,800 to 3,500 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Install refractory linings in furnaces, heaters and boilers
- Apply castables, bricks and ceramic fibre
- Prepare anchors and formwork
- Carry out refractory repairs during shutdowns
- Inspect linings and report damage
- Follow confined space and hot work procedures
Requirements
- Experience in refractory installation
- Hands-on experience in installation and repair of refractory linings in process equipment
- Shutdown experience is an advantage
- Experience on GCC industrial, oil and gas or construction projects is preferred
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment

Salary & benefits

Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
