Key responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned pipeline routes and field areas
  • Inspect pipelines and the surrounding area for visible abnormalities
  • Identify and report leakage, pipeline damage, corrosion and abnormal conditions
  • Report maintenance requirements, debris build-up and unsafe conditions
  • Report defects to the responsible supervisor
  • Help maintenance teams locate the areas needing attention
  • Keep patrol records and report what you observe
  • Follow site safety procedures and permit requirements
  • Coordinate with mechanical maintenance teams when needed
  • Work outdoors and travel between field locations
  • Stay aware of restricted, hazardous and operational areas

Requirements
