Role overview

Pipeline Engineer for GCC onshore oil, gas and utility pipeline projects. AED 12,000 to 16,000 a month.

Key responsibilities

  • Engineer and supervise onshore pipeline construction and tie-ins
  • Review alignment sheets, crossings and route drawings
  • Oversee stringing, welding, coating, lowering-in and backfilling
  • Plan hydrotest, dewatering and drying
  • Coordinate with land, survey and construction teams
  • Maintain pipeline records and as-built documentation

Requirements

  • B.E. or B.Tech in mechanical or civil engineering
  • Hands-on experience in GCC onshore oil, gas and utility pipeline projects
  • Knowledge of ASME B31.4 and B31.8
  • Experience with cathodic protection and pipeline coating
  • Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical or LNG projects is preferred
  • Valid passport
  • Medically fit for overseas employment
