Skilled parotta makers for restaurants and hotels in Malaysia, with free food and accommodation. RM 2,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough for parotta
- Knead and portion dough
- Shape and stretch parotta
- Cook parotta to the required texture and quality
- Hold consistency through high-volume service
- Prepare ingredients and the cooking station before service
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Follow food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures
Requirements
- Skilled in parotta preparation
- Commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Able to prepare parotta independently
- Comfortable in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Working day of 12 hours, as stated by the employer
- Under 40 years of age, as required by Malaysian work-permit regulations
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment
