Role overview
Offshore Mechanical Engineer for rotating and static equipment installation, maintenance and commissioning. AED 12,000 to 16,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and support the installation of mechanical equipment on platforms
- Review vendor data, datasheets and equipment layouts
- Plan equipment lifts, skid installation and alignment with construction
- Support pre-commissioning, testing and mechanical completion
- Investigate equipment problems and recommend corrective action
- Maintain mechanical records, test packs and handover documents
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in mechanical engineering
- Hands-on experience in rotating and static equipment installation, maintenance and commissioning
- Knowledge of the rotating and static equipment used offshore
- Familiarity with ASME and API equipment standards
- Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC or LNG projects is preferred
- BOSIET or FOET offshore survival certification, or the project's equivalent
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 12,000–16,000 /mo — approximately ₹311,300 – ₹415,000 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
