Role overview
Offshore Crane Operator for safe lifting and material-handling operations on offshore facilities. AED 5,000 to 10,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Operate platform pedestal cranes for offshore lifting
- Carry out pre-use checks and report crane defects
- Work to the lift plan and the banksman's signals
- Handle supply vessel transfers and deck lifts
- Keep the crane logbook and daily inspection records
- Stop lifting when weather or conditions become unsafe
Requirements
- OPITO offshore crane operator certification or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in safe lifting and material-handling operations on offshore facilities
- Experience with supply vessel back-loading and deck lifts
- Knowledge of load charts and lifting safety
- Experience on GCC oil and gas, EPC or LNG projects is preferred
- BOSIET or FOET offshore survival certification, or the project's equivalent
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport

Salary & benefits
AED 5,000–10,000 /mo — approximately ₹129,700 – ₹259,400 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
