Role overview
Skilled noodles makers for restaurants and hotels in Malaysia, with free food and accommodation. RM 2,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare noodles and the ingredients required
- Cook noodles to restaurant recipes and standards
- Prepare sauces, vegetables and accompaniments
- Hold consistency in taste and presentation
- Handle high-volume orders through service
- Maintain the noodles preparation station
- Work with the rest of the kitchen team
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
Requirements
- Skilled in noodles preparation
- Restaurant or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Able to work efficiently through busy service
- Working day of 12 hours, as stated by the employer
- Under 40 years of age, as required by Malaysian work-permit regulations
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment
