Role overview
General workers for construction, industrial, warehouse and logistics sites in the UAE. AED 1,250 to AED 2,500 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, goods, tools and equipment
- Carry, move and arrange materials at the workplace
- Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons and technicians
- Prepare materials, tools and work areas before work begins
- Assist with basic construction, maintenance or industrial activities
- Sort, organise and store materials as instructed
- Pack, unpack and handle goods where required
- Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean and organised
- Remove waste and debris safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen and skilled workers
- Follow the company's health, safety and PPE requirements
Requirements
- Previous work as a general worker, labourer or helper is preferred, and freshers may be considered where the employer does not require experience
- Construction, warehouse, industrial or logistics experience is an advantage
- Physically fit, able to lift, carry and move materials
- Comfortable working outdoors and on industrial worksites
- Able to follow instructions from supervisors and work in a team
- Basic safety awareness
- Basic English, or the ability to communicate with supervisors, is an advantage
- Valid passport
- Medically fit for overseas employment

Salary & benefits
AED 1,250–2,500 /mo — approximately ₹32,400 – ₹64,800 per month (indicative). Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection. Food, accommodation and work transport are taken care of by the employer, and every allowance is confirmed in your contract.
