Role overview
Bakery production helpers for industrial bakeries, central production facilities and large scale food manufacturing in the UAE, supporting the production line from raw material to packing. AED 1,500 to 2,000 a month.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily bakery production line operations
- Supply ingredients, trays, packaging materials and other production requirements
- Assist with weighing, transferring and handling raw materials
- Assist operators during mixing, forming, proofing, baking, cooling and packing
- Load and unload trays, racks, trolleys and production materials
- Transfer semi-finished and finished products between production stages
- Check products for obvious defects and report abnormalities to the supervisor
- Assist with product counting, sorting and arrangement
- Support changeovers between production batches and products
- Clean trays, racks, utensils, machinery surroundings and workstations
- Follow GMP, SSOP, HACCP and the facility's food safety requirements
- Follow FIFO and FEFO stock rotation and material handling procedures
- Prevent contamination and cross contamination during production
- Keep raw material and finished product wastage to a minimum
- Follow PPE, machine safety and workplace safety requirements
- Support the daily production targets
- Report equipment faults, quality issues or unsafe conditions to the supervisor
Requirements
- Experience in an industrial bakery, food manufacturing, FMCG production or central kitchen is preferred
- Familiarity with production line work is an advantage
- Basic understanding of GMP, hygiene and food safety practices is preferred
- Able to follow production instructions and standard operating procedures
- Able to perform repetitive production tasks accurately
- Physically fit for a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Willing to work rotational shifts where required
- Medically fit and able to meet UAE employment and visa requirements

Salary & benefits
AED 1,500–2,000 /mo — approximately ₹38,900 – ₹51,900 per month (indicative). The role is offered on a 2-year renewable contract. Final salary depends on your experience, skills, communication and interview performance, and on the employer's selection.
